This position will support the office essential functions. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Great organizational, communication and computer skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the firm to all incoming clients.
Open and close the office daily, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (schedule subject to change during peak periods to meet firm needs)
Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence including email, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare and send packages for clients and employees.
Maintain and upkeep of meeting/conference rooms, breakrooms, kitchen etc., ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and employees.
Create a positive and professional experience for clients, vendors, and guests at the office.
Respond to inquiries and requests from employees and clients in-person and virtually in a timely manner.
Perform data entry and maintain records with accurate and up-to-date information.
Handle sensitive information and communication to maintain confidentiality and security.
Order supplies, food deliveries, and equipment for the office and employees.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
Collaborate with other administrative staff and support other colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
2+ years of administrative experience.

Prior experience in public accounting or another professional services organization preferred
