Responsibilities:
Greet visitors at the central reception area and manage a multi-line phone system. You will provide factual information regarding programs and assist in interpreting policies and procedures for the public.
Perform a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, word processing, and maintaining organized records and filing systems.
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, ensuring time-sensitive documents are time-stamped and distributed to the appropriate staff promptly.
Type, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, flyers, and memoranda. You will also prepare routine forms such as invoices, work orders, and purchase orders.
Maintain the lobby area, monitor inventory, and order necessary office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
While not required, bilingual (English/Spanish) is desirable
At least one (1) year of general clerical experience involving extensive public contact.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Professional communication skills for answering phones, interacting with the public and tenants and possibly speaking with landlords.
Proficiency in modern office equipment and computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office software.
Strong command of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
