Warm Welcomes: Greet all clients and visitors immediately upon arrival with an inviting, enthusiastic attitude to ensure they feel comfortable and attended to. Phone Operations: Answer incoming multi-line telephone calls promptly and courteously by the third ring, identify callers, and accurately direct them to the appropriate team member. Client Connections: Strive to recognize repeat customers, greeting them warmly by name both over the phone and in the lobby. Office Stewardship: Maintain the professional appearance of the lobby, copy areas, and conference rooms by straightening up and restocking essential supplies throughout the day. Inbound Deliveries: Log in and distribute overnight packages, mail, surveys, inspections, and incoming office supplies to the appropriate personnel immediately upon arrival. General Clerical Support: Assist the team with essential office tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and handling digital or physical documents. Information Hub: Provide callers and visitors with basic organizational information, such as driving directions, physical addresses, fax numbers, and website details.
1-4 years
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.Previous experience handling administrative or clerical tasks in a professional office environment.An ability to remember names and faces, helping to cultivate a highly personalized experience for returning clients.
