Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Execute daily general office duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and managing office correspondence.
Customer Service & Operations: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, focusing on supporting the needs of supply chain and last mile operations.
Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to input, track, and maintain operational data and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
Communication: Draft professional correspondence and internal communications using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Team Collaboration: Actively support the operations team by completing tasks promptly and taking on new assignments as needed.
Scheduling Flexibility: Must be willing to adjust work hours based on business needs and operational demands.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience managing operational schedules or dispatch documentation.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
