Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year base salary + bonus opportunities.
Schedule: Stable Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient, organized workflows.
Support and manage customer service representatives and account managers.
Handle administrative financials, including assisting with payroll, employee time off, commission tracking, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
Maintain regulatory alignment by tracking licensing compliance for agency staff.
Coordinate logistics for office events, internal meetings, travel plans, and calendar scheduling.
Manage office resources, including supplies, facility equipment, and external vendor relationships.
Foster a positive culture to help create an exceptional experience for both employees and clients.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous office management experience specifically within the insurance industry.
Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Experience utilizing CRM or Agency Management Systems (such as HawkSoft, AgencyZoom, or similar platforms).
