Read, understand and comply with the policies and procedures in the Employee Manual and Safety Policy & Procedures Manual. , Answer, screen and direct inbound calls., Welcome and direct on site visitors., Process invoices, purchase orders, bills, deposits, etc. , Perform book keeping (in Quick Books) for all financial transactions and activities., Generate financial reports for management as needed., Coordinate payroll, financial statements and taxes with accountants., Maintain and manage business office files and records., Generate reports, post information, and process paperwork required to comply with OSHA and HR regulations., Manage office supplies and first aid kit inventory., Support Management in business development and RFQ responses., Interface and correspond with customers and suppliers in a professional manner., Provide occasional office/administrative support to plant staff., Maintain the facility in a neat and orderly fashion., Actively engage in training and cross training of all employees to become more knowledgeable and effective., Continually find ways to maximize productivity and efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
