We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Onsite Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the dedicated point of contact for a key client, working directly from their facility to manage all aspects of their staffing needs. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, employee relations, and fostering a strong partnership to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between our staffing agency and the client, working on-site to understand and address their needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding a diverse range of candidates.
Proactively manage all employee relations for temporary staff, including performance coaching, issue resolution, and conflict management.
Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with our internal recruitment teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Analyze staffing metrics and provide regular performance reports to both the client and our management team.
Adapt to a flexible work schedule that includes mornings, nights, and weekends based on client operational needs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience as an Onsite Account Manager within the staffing or human resources industry.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
