Oversees over 150-200 employees with 60-80 Routes per day.
Full time work.
8am to 6pm with lots of over time.
Located in Orland, CA.
Responsibilities:
Drive operational efficiency by designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows and procedures.
Oversee inventory, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation to meet company objectives.
Manage cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align operational strategies with business goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative practices to keep the company competitive.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with types of management, such as pacesetting or democratic styles
Ability to budget and allocate resources using financial management software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
Time management skills to address competing priorities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Data-driven decision making
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or other tools for analyzing data and managing operations
Familiarity with quality control (QC) to introduce new procedures

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex processes.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing teams and liaising with stakeholders.
Proficiency in operations software and tools, including ERP systems and project management platforms.
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.(Preferred)
