Role Overview As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation and basic maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment. You will ensure that all components are correctly assembled according to technical specifications and maintain high standards of efficiency and safety throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor various production machines to ensure maximum output and efficiency.
Assembly & Loading: Load raw materials and components into feeder units and clear any equipment mis-feeds as they occur.
Quality Inspection: Perform continuous visual checks of finished or in-process parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Equipment Care: Maintain a clean and safe workspace while keeping tools and machinery in good working condition.
Reporting: Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions or product defects to ensure immediate resolution.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: Prior experience in machine operation, automated assembly, or a manufacturing production environment is preferred.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and follow basic assembly drawings, bills of material (BOM), or other written technical instructions.
Attention to Detail: Strong visual skills to distinguish between conforming and non-conforming products based on provided standards.
Physical Requirements: Must have excellent visual acuity (20/20 with correction) and the ability to discern different colors.

Qualifications:
2> Year of recent experience in manufacturing environment
Able to read and write English
HSD or GED
