Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Temp Order Entry Clerk to join our dynamic Customer Service team. As a Temp Order Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the facilitation, accuracy, and monitoring of critical information required to process customer orders. This position is the bridge between our sales representatives and production teams, ensuring order accuracy and smooth communication across departments. This role provides exposure to multiple business functions and encourages ongoing suggestions for process improvement. You’ll work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while building critical thinking skills and gaining insight into cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the post-sales process, reviewing and entering customer orders using our CRM and ERP systems.
• Ensures that tax documents, insurance certificates, and project details are collected, verified, and stored correctly.
• Responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders, issuing amendment letters when necessary, and entering accurate order and customer data.
• Tracks order status, request revisions when needed, and escalate orders to the next phase of production.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with CRM or Salesforce preferred
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Education: High School

• High School diploma or GED

Experience: 12 months
