Role Highlights:
- Pay range: $20 to $25/hr with shift differentials additional bonus structure available
- Schedule: 4-day work week (1st shift Monday through Thursday 6 AM to 4 PM, or 2nd shift Monday through Thursday 4 PM to 2 AM)
- Role type: Direct hire
- Benefits: Competitive Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options
- Work in a new manufacturing facility
What You'll Do:
- Operate bottle lines, canning lines, variety packaging systems, and keggers
- Perform machine changeovers and minor preventative maintenance to keep lines running smoothly
- Review packaging mixes based on volume metrics and log run data at your station
- Collect product samples and take quality measurements to ensure precision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following standard safety guidelines
What You'll Bring:
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience
- Prior experience with machine operation and quality control preferred
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 55 pounds regularly
- Comfort using Microsoft Office programs
