As a Powder Coat Line Operator, you will perform pre- and post-coating activities to ensure finished parts meet top quality standards. Working closely with your team, you'll help prep, process, and inspect parts to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Apply masking materials, buff surfaces, and remove weld spatter to prep parts for coating.
- Safely load prepped parts onto the coating line and carefully unload finished items.
- Inspect painted components to verify finish quality, color accuracy, and coverage against company standards.
- Work seamlessly with teammates in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production targets.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by line leads or supervisors.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting.

Qualifications:
- Experience safely operating power tools and basic shop equipment.
- Eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Commitment to workplace safety rules and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive reaching, bending, and lifting motions throughout the shift.
