Job Description:
Painters are responsible painting products and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Painting large steel parts and products using high pressure paint sprayers
- Performing maintenance on painting equipment
- Properly documenting all daily painting activities
- Ensuring all parts/products meet company and customer specifications
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel
Skills:
- Experience with high pressure paint sprayers
- Manufacturing skills
- Comprehension of blueprints, schematics, and work specifications
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S
- Problem Solving
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
