Job Description:
As a Painter you would be responsible for painting products using high pressure paint guns.
Responsibilities:
- Painting products using high powered paint guns
- Maintaining painting equipment
- Properly documenting all painting activities
- Creating and implementing efficient painting techniques
- Ensuring accuracy of finished work
- Assisting in other areas as needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 12 months
- 1 to 3 years of painting experience using high pressure paint sprayers
- Manufacturing
Physical:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel
Skills:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S
- Ability to comprehend blueprints, schematics, and work specifications
- Familiarity with ERP and SAP (Preferred)
- Communication
- Analytical problem solving
