Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from investigation to trial preparation.
Conduct legal research and compile findings in memos or reports.
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
Summarize depositions, transcripts, and other legal documents.
Maintain confidentiality of all client and case information.
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
4+ years experience preferred.
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3 years experience.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of legal principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with case management software.
