This individual will manage daily bookkeeping functions, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in QuickBooks, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Enter and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks.
Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial updates for management.
Assist in maintaining the general ledger with accuracy and consistency.
Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documents.
Support the preparation of year-end documents for CPA or external auditors.
Track company expenses, reimbursements, and credit card usage.
Monitor cash flow and report concerns or discrepancies promptly.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients and vendors.
Reliable, organized, and able to maintain sensitive financial information with discretion.

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop?depending on company platform).
Strong Excel skills (basic formulas; pivot tables a plus).
