Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Greet patients warmly and promptly, setting a positive tone for their visit.
Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and excellent telephone etiquette, directing them to the right team members.
Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, referring physician offices, and staff.
Register patients accurately into our computer system.
Print and review daily schedules for accuracy, paying close attention to exam details, diagnoses, patient prep, and insurance requirements.
Contact referring physician offices for any missing documentation.
Verify insurance and patient demographics.
Process co-pays and patient balances.
Handle patient requests for medical records, including copies of images on CDs, reports, or mailing CDs to other facilities.
Perform other organizational duties as requested to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience and a proven track record of success.
