We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Payroll/HRIS Administrator to support our U.S.-based team members. This role will be located at our headquarters in Lehi, Utah, and will report into the global HR team. The qualified candidate will support and administer the payroll process, payroll procedures, HRIS (specifically ADP), SharePoint resource pages, and other HR/payroll responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities:
Payroll Process:
Bi-weekly processing of payroll, from time and attendance to final paycheck.
Own all payroll reporting related to bi-weekly payroll.
Ensure all third-party funding is processed timely (e.g., for retirement plans, health savings accounts).
Perform PTO reconciliations.
Process RSU Vesting as needed.
Own annual bonus payroll.
Handle day-to-day operations of payroll issues and questions.
Receipt and processing of garnishment paperwork.
Prepare and submit garnishment payments for collectors.
Process one-time payments, garnishments, non-qualified distributions, HSA/FSA, wellness rewards, and gifts.
Manage Workers' Compensation and submit payments as needed.
Process payroll accounting journal entries and reconciliations.
Oversee year-end W-2 project, including processing, delivery, and reporting of W-2s.
Support annual Total Rewards preparation and delivery to management.
Oversee unemployment requests.
Ensure all data entered in the HRIS is accurate.
Perform bi-weekly 401(k)/HRIS reconciliations.
Review and maintain local and state payroll taxes.
HRIS, Data Management & Reports:
Maintain and administer the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) as a single source of truth, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Build and manage dashboards in ADP and SharePoint for reporting, metrics, and employee communication.
Build and maintain SharePoint pages and other tools for internal communications.
Troubleshoot HRIS issues, configure systems to meet organizational needs, and analyze employee data for actionable insights.
Collect and analyze employee data to generate reports, metrics, and dashboards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor???s degree in accounting, human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, or a combination of 6+ years of education and experience.
Expertise with ADP Workforce Now and HRIS systems required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise good judgment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and ability to exercise good judgment are required.
