Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR to provide accurate data (hours, rates, and deductions)
• Manage unemployment claims and provide documentation for annual 401(k) and workers' comp audits.
• Maintain the general ledger by reconciling payroll-related balance sheet accounts and posting journal entries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proficient in payroll software such as Workday or ADP Workforce Now
• Regulatory payroll knowledge
