Responsibilities:
As our People Experience Partner, you won't just manage files-you will guide the entire employee journey. From the initial "You're Hired!" excitement to long-term professional development, you will be the driving force behind a culture where people genuinely shine and grow. You'll partner across a bustling campus-including 9 local locations-to coach leaders, collaborate with an awesome team, and drive massive engagement.
Talent Acquisition Champion (70%+ of the role): You are a recruiting rock star. You'll turn great candidates into excited new hires, leading high-energy orientations and creating a true celebration culture.
Management & Leadership Coaching: Partner directly with operational leaders to meet hiring needs, set goals, and empower teammates to succeed.
Welcome & Celebrate: Deliver recognition programs and strengthen a culture of appreciation where people feel seen and valued.
Full-Suite HR Support: Provide empathy-driven, solution-focused support across compensation, benefits, leave, performance, and development.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Tech Savvy: Direct, hands-on experience utilizing Workday for HR or recruiting processes.
High-Volume Recruiting Blueprint: Experience building or optimizing a recruiting pipeline specifically for high-volume, hourly workforce settings (like warehousing or logistics).
Culture Architect: A history of designing and launching high-energy employee recognition, appreciation, or wellness programs that people actually look forward to.
HR Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a fantastic bonus.
Data-Driven Mindset: Experience tracking and using HR/recruiting metrics (like time-to-hire, retention rates, or employee engagement scores) to make smart, strategic recommendations.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial, solution-focused mindset mixed with a healthy dose of creativity, energy, and flexibility.

Qualifications:
HR Generalist Background: Proven success in HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience within a growing organization.
Extensive, hands-on experience in recruiting???Talent Acquisition must make up 70% or more of your background or core skillset.
3PL Industry Experience: Solid experience working within a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment.
Strong management capabilities with a proven track record of coaching leaders and influencing teams at all levels.
A Bachelor???s degree (or equivalent experience) paired with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
