Responsibilities:
Drive Production: Manage mid-to-high volume assembly with a focus on quick SLA turnaround times.
Build Systems: Move from "tribal knowledge" to scalable, documented processes.
Execute Lean: Implementation of Lean fundamentals to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
Lead the Frontline: Manage and mentor a diverse team (Must be fluent in Spanish & English).
Own the Metrics: Define, track, and hit KPIs that move the needle on growth and efficiency.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
