Responsibilities:
-Direct On-Site Plumbing Operations: Supervise daily field activities, assign tasks to installers and junior plumbers, and maintain strict adherence to workplace safety standards and plumbing codes.
-Install & Repair Utility Systems: Assembly, placement, and repair of specialized water lines, drainage systems, sewage pump-out setups, and utility pedestals.
-Conduct System & Flow Testing: Perform comprehensive pressure and flow tests on installed water and waste piping to verify system integrity and prevent operational failures.
-75-95 % of traveling troughout Florida
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
-Active plumbing license or journey-level plumber status.
-OSHA safety certifications (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30).
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-3 to 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial or industrial plumbing and utility installation.
-Proficiency in reading site plans, blueprints, and working with PVC, CPVC, and metal piping systems.
-Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor in changing outdoor and indoor weather conditions.
- Must have valid Driver License and travel 3 weeks to a month
