We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join a printing production team. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience operating printing presses and related machinery in a commercial printing environment.

- Set up and operate various types of printing presses such as offset, digital, and flexographic presses

- Ensure proper inking, registration, and impression settings to maintain high print quality
- Monitor press operations, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and comply with environmental regulations
- Assist in job setup, plate hanging, and other preparatory tasks
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience operating offset, digital, and flexographic printing presses
- Strong mechanical aptitude for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Formal training in printing technology
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of color management, densitometry, and print quality standards
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality printed products
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work while standing for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $23 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits are available.
