Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all equipment and facilities, using manufacturer guidelines and operational data.
Lead, train, and coach the maintenance team, overseeing their work assignments and conducting performance evaluations.
Create and manage detailed maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
Analyze equipment performance and failure trends to optimize maintenance strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Manage the department's budget, tracking expenses and making recommendations for capital investments.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and maintenance techniques.
Hands-on experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with spare parts inventory management and budget control is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a facility or industrial maintenance role, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management position.
