Full Time | Flexible to work a schedule within Monday - Saturday | $14 - $16 per hour (depending on experience)
Newly hired associates must go through 1 - 3 weeks of training. Training starts on a Part Time (20 hours per week) schedule to allow you the opportunity to capture information and not become overwhelmed. As you prove to learn and apply your new skills and knowledge, your hours will grow. The goal is to be at 40 hours within the first 3 weeks of starting.
Responsibilities:
This role's main responsibilities are to provide exceptional service by assisting walk-in customers with shipping, printing, and retail transactions. Support smooth store operations by handling shipments, operating light print equipment, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with the team to ensure an efficient, solutions-focused environment.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing top-tier service for a variety of retail needs
- Process and package shipments using national carrier systems
- Operate light printing and finishing equipment to support custom orders
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized, professional workspace and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Troubleshoot basic technical and customer issues with a solutions-first mindset
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Our ideal candidate will meet 70 - 100% of the preferred and required skills, knowledge and experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a retail environment involving both customer service and technical skills
- Exposure to shipping, printing, or service-based franchises (e.g., FedEx Office, Staples, Office Depot)
- Familiarity with file types (PDFs, JPEGs) and basic print setup
- Problem-solving mindset with detailed organizational habits

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing retail or service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort & confidence in using computers and learning new platforms (POS, shipping software, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain on feet during shifts
- Availability for part-time training (20 hrs/week) for 2???3 weeks, with a path to full-time
