Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with front desk responsibilities including phone calls, message taking, and room scheduling
- Support meeting setups, handle deliveries, and respond to internal requests
- Provide back-up support across departments as needed
- Operate high-volume print and copy equipment to fulfill document requests
- Perform basic maintenance such as loading paper, replacing toner, and cleaning equipment
- Sort, receive, and deliver mail and packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS) with accuracy and timeliness
- Track incoming/outgoing shipments and handle courier documentation
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Basic troubleshooting skills for office equipment

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with high-volume printers, copiers, and scanning equipment
