Responsibilities:

• After completing your hands-on training, you will safely operate specialized, large-scale production and printing press machinery.
• Operate and monitor department machinery to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Make precise operational and mechanical adjustments to equipment as trained.
• Load materials into machines, including moving large roll forms and managing material feeds.
• Utilize material handling equipment (like pallet jacks) to move stock safely.
• Maintain accurate production logs and digital records.
• Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team to hit daily deadlines.
• Keep your work area clean, orderly, and safe.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Skills:

• Experience: 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required!
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• You must be mechanically inclined, comfortable troubleshooting basic machinery, or have past experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Must be comfortably able to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs. routinely.
• Ability to maneuver heavy materials, loaded carts, and roll forms using proper equipment and pallet jacks.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with higher noise levels (safety equipment is fully provided).
