We are seeking a Product Line Manager to guide our client's manufactured products through their entire lifecycle, from launch to end-of-life. This role involves close collaboration with the Growth & Strategy and Factory Sustaining teams to ensure products meet market demands, maintain profitability, and achieve high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ensuring design quality, optimizing manufacturing costs, and improving market share.
Continuous Improvement: Work with engineering teams to enhance product performance and reliability through minor design adjustments and incremental changes.
Product Simplification & EOL: Execute product simplification efforts and manage end-of-life strategies, including last-time buys and stakeholder notifications.
Problem Resolution: Prioritize and support efforts to improve on-time delivery (OTD) and the cost of poor quality (COPQ).
Customer Complaint Management: Triage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and ensure a positive customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, customer service, and technical documentation teams to communicate product changes, resolutions, and technical updates.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning software.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong business acumen and the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in a product management or related role.
Strong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
