Responsibilities:
Repair, test, troubleshoot, and certify mobile devices according to quality standards.
Polish and buff LCD screens while preventing cosmetic or functional damage.
Operate grinding and polishing equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Assemble, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Inspect products for quality and identify defects before final processing.
Accurately document production activities and completed work.
Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.
Experience polishing or buffing materials, including automotive or similar work.
Machine operation or basic machine maintenance experience.
Experience repairing electronics or small devices.
Familiarity with quality inspections and production documentation.
Experience using microscopes or precision inspection equipment.
Mechanical aptitude and experience working with small components.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.

High School

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
