As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembly and packaging of products for the customer. 

Responsibilities:

• Use a computerized, electronic system to assist in selecting, assembling and packaging orders
• Applying labels, fasteners and putting each product into specialized boxing
• Learn all of the different stations throughout the warehouse and float to different stations
• Load parts into automated packaging equipment
• Meet quota for each job related task
• Examine, inspect and ensure all products are meeting the quality standards
• Keeping the warehouse and work area clean, neat and organized
• Must have a positive attitude while remaining flexible to changing work demands
• Other duties as assigned

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 6 months

• Previous production, assembly or packaging related experience preferred.

Physical:

• Must possess good coordination and work well with your hands
• Must be able to work with manual and/or power tools
• Frequently lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds 
• Engage in frequent bending, crouching, twisting, and reaching
• Prolonged standing or sitting for the duration of the shift
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a non-temperature-controlled facility, enduring warm conditions in the summer and cold conditions in the winter
• Employees will be required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Skills:

• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to proficiently read, write and use basic math skills
• Must have basic technology skills
• Have the ability to resolve minor issues, and recognize normal and unusual situations
• Must be accurate and attentive to details
