Perks and Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour with the opportunity to grow
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Temp-to-hire with the opportunity to roll-over full-time with the company
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber/plywood to build custom crates and pallets using blueprints and work orders.
- Safely operate pneumatic nail guns, power saws, and measuring tools.
- Move, load, and stage lumber and finished crates (forklift experience a plus; training provided).
- Inspect materials for defects, follow dimensions strictly, and wear required PPE at all times.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and assist team members to hit daily production goals.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Experience reading technical drawings or prior forklift experience/certification.

Qualifications:
- Background using hand and power tools in construction, woodworking, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency reading a tape measure quickly and accurately.
- Able to stand, bend, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Work ethic, attention to detail, and consistent punctuality.
