• Prior experience working in a food industry manufacturing or processing plant is preferred.
• Comfortability cross training on several positions (wage increase provided!)
• Basic understanding of sanitation procedures specific to food processing environments.
• Familiarity with packaging processes and equipment used in food production.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for ingredient measurement and inventory control.
