Responsibilities:
Assign duties and provide clear instructions to production staff, interpreting specifications and blueprints.
Monitor daily production activities and adjust work procedures as needed to meet schedules.
Maintain accurate time and production records.
Troubleshoot and resolve work-related problems and assist team members with issues.
Estimate labor hours needed for job completion and track progress.
Ensure all staff are properly trained on safety protocols, procedures, and equipment handling.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and suggest changes to working conditions or equipment use.
Handle internal corrective action requests and coordinate with other supervisors to align department activities.
Participate in hiring new employees, including conducting interviews.
Manage and ensure the proper handling of hazardous waste in your work area.
Lead special projects and participate in project committees as assigned.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and professional journals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports and manuals, and present information effectively.
Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Three to five years of related experience in a supervisory or production role
