The Production Operator is responsible for operating assembly equipment, running automated/semi-automated machinery, and packaging finished products. No prior manufacturing experience required-we will fully train reliable candidates with a strong work ethic and safety-first mindset!

Safely operate assigned production machinery and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform continuous visual inspections of parts to spot basic flaws or defects.
Package, label, and stage finished products for shipping and inventory storage.
Keep work stations clean, organized, and compliant with plant safety standards (5S standards).
Communicate equipment glitches or material shortages to shift leadership promptly.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work 12-hour standing shifts on a compressed rotating schedule.
Comfortable lifting up to 35-50 lbs regularly.
Work within the required shifts: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday (6:00pm-6:00am or 6:00am-6:00pm) or Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday (6:00pm-6:00am or 6:00am-6:00pm)
