The Quality Operator ensures incoming, in-process, and finished products meet customer specs. This position monitors active production lines, catches non-conforming parts early, and uses hand measurement tools to prevent defective products from reaching the customer.
Responsibilities:
Conduct real-time visual and dimensional inspections on active production lines.

Immediately tag, log, and isolate/quarantine non-conforming or defective items.
Use baseline measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, pin/plug gauges, check sheets).
Work professionally with Production Operators to correct defect trends on the line.
Maintain accurate inspection logs and audit records for every shift.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
2+ years of previous quality-related experience in any industry (e.g., line inspection, quality control, sorting, auditing, or retail/food quality checks).
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
1+ years of previous quality-related experience in any industry (e.g., line inspection, quality control, sorting, auditing, or retail/food quality checks).
Basic familiarity with hand tools, gauges, and reading work instructions.
Good visual acuity and strong attention to detail.
Firm, professional communication skills when flagging non-conforming parts.
Work within the required shifts: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday (6:00pm-6:00am or 6:00am-6:00pm) or Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday (6:00pm-6:00am or 6:00am-6:00pm)
