Job Description:
Primary position responsible for managing, planning, coordinating, tracking and overseeing associated products. Monitors materials inventories and collaborates with various departments to plan for stock and forecast requirements. Coordinates to ensure products are produced and shipped in support of organization's sales targets and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinates workflow to meet customer agreed shipping dates with plant manager
-Completes delivery date input during sale order reviews
-Reserves and prints packing slips to shipping departments
-Supplies weekly backlog and month end/quarter end forecast updates
-Coordinate with purchasing to maintain inventory levels of standard stock items
-Works closely with the sales team and sales forecast with respect to capacity planning and ordering of stock levels to meet the need of customer demand
-Communicates with sales/customer service personnel so they can keep the customer informed
-Supports new product launches as required; i.e. setting up inventory/sales parts
-Interfaces with purchasing manager in terms of material receiving and resolving any discrepancies/quality issues that may occur
-Maintains the highest level of accuracy for inventory count and satisfying the needs of customers with emphasis on quality service and timely delivery
-Identifying root cause of inventory issues and discrepancies with focus on continuous improvement
-Coordinating with other departments to suggest solutions
-Coordinates cycle count activities; reports and resolves discrepancies
-Maintains a safe work environment at all times by having safe work instructions, practices and procedures in place
-Primary back-up for plant manager responsibilities as follows:
-Printing and distributing shop orders as needed
-Receiving finished/serialized goods on shop orders
-Preparing job folders in advance
-Allocating serial number stickers
-Sticker labels for shipping
-QC check list of serial numbers
-May be required to perform other jobs and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-PC skills, including but not limited to: Windows, Access, Excel, PPT, and Word
-Detail oriented with proven planning and organization skills and problem-solving abilities
-Proven leadership skills and inter/intra-departmental teamwork
Preferred Skills:
Previous Electronics manufacturing perience
Education:
High School
