Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-site only, no hybrid options)
Wage: $55k - $70k/yr - Salaried
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexible with hours)
Responsibilities:
Systems Expertise: Proficient in ERP software, inventory control, and document management.
Manufacturing Knowledge: Skilled at reading Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routings to understand how products are built.
Strategic Planning: Expert in production scheduling and coordinating manufacturing workflows.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think conceptually.
Task Management: Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple urgent priorities at once.
Attention to Detail: Extremely thorough and dependable in fast-paced environments.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills for building positive connections with both internal departments and external partners.
