If you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy ensuring every product that leaves the line is perfect, this is the role for you. You'll play a vital part in the production process by inspecting specialized aerosol cans to ensure they meet strict customer specifications and safety standards.

Role Highlights:
- Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2 PM
- Location: Deforest, WI
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity
- Potential to transition to a 4-day-on, 4-day-off schedule once permanent
What You'll Do:
- Inspect materials and products as they are being made to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and report any defects to the Shift Supervisor or team members
- Replenish the supplies and materials needed for your specific work area
- Follow safety and quality guidelines, including the Safe Quality Food (SQF) program
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
What You'll Bring:
- High attention to detail and a focus on safety
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to wear required steel-toed shoes
- Strong communication skills to report inspection results to the team
