This is a high-impact role where you are mentoring people, refining processes, and steering the success of a major production department.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire training and employee cross-training.
- Develop and train staff on Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs).
- Ensure product quality and adherence to all manufacturing processes.
- Participate in safety committees and audits to meet company safety objectives.
- Monitor labor efficiency and make data-driven business decisions to meet production goals.
Working hours: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Skills:
- SAP experience, and Bilingual skills.
- Knowledge of Kaizen and 6S methodologies.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
