Responsibilities:
Monitor the efficiency of daily production based on safety, quality measures, costs, customer service, and production performance to meet customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive attitude with all employees while providing direction as a strong leader.
Promote and develop at team-based working environment.
Hands on supervision with the ability to run equipment on the production floor as needed.
Provide training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
Manage the production schedule to ensure customer dates are met.

Qualifications:
Strong leadership capabilities with 1 or more years supervisory/management experience.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with a team or independently as needed.
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
Must be able to sit at a desk and work in front of a computer screen for up to 2 hours per day.
Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check.
Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description.
Must follow all company policies outlined in the emplyee handbook.
Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy.                                                                                                                                                                                                  Two- or four-year degree preferred.
