Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment
Assemble components or products according to specifications

Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Record production data and complete documentation as required
Communicate any equipment or quality issues to supervisors
Assist with maintenance and changeovers as needed
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Familiarity with production equipment and basic machine operation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
Basic computer skills (for logging production data or using digital work orders)
Problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting ability
Good time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt to changing production needs or shift priorities quickly

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment preferred
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed
