The 2nd shift Production Worker job offers an exciting opportunity to grow with the company. The Production Workers will start on the 1st shift for a required training period to ensure you have the skills needed for the job and then will switch to 2nd shift. Once on 2nd shift, your pay will be increased to $19-20/hour. This position's main responsibility will be to ensure windows are properly sealed for the finished product. Overtime is always available on Friday.

Production Workers will be responsible for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no material gets past the seal.

- Utilizing hand and power tools to assembler windows, tracks, and panels
- Meeting production standards and quotas
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Providing feedback to supervisors
- Assisting in other work areas as needed
