As a Production Associate, you will be at the heart of the food making process. You will work in a modern, ultra-clean environment to ensure products are processed, packaged, and ready for distribution. This role is perfect for those who enjoy active work, value high safety standards, and are looking for a reliable schedule with competitive weekly pay.
We offer three distinct shift options to fit your lifestyle:
1st Shift: Mon-Thurs | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $18.50/hr
2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM | $19.00/hr
Weekend Shift: Fri-Sun | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM | $19.25/hr

Responsibilities:
Production Excellence: Assist in the various stages of food production, from processing to final packaging.
Quality Control: Maintain high GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to ensure every snack meets top-quality safety requirements.
Sanitation & Safety: Follow all OSHA regulations and wear provided PPE (frocks and footwear) to maintain a sterile environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your shift team to meet daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.

Skills:
Previous experience in food manufacturing or a warehouse environment.
A "safety-first" mindset and attention to detail.
The ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications:
Resilience to Cold: This is a climate-controlled food facility kept at a brisk 37??F. You must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods on concrete surfaces and perform repetitive tasks.
Professional Integrity: A strict "no attendance issues or tardies" policy is enforced during the first 30 days.
Compliance: Ability to adhere to a jewelry-free and tobacco-free facility policy (including no fake nails or polish).
