We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator to support our small construction project operations. This role will work closely with project managers, field teams, and our corporate office to ensure all compliance, contract, and documentation requirements are met accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day administrative needs for small construction projects
Prepare and submit bid documentation and related paperwork
Coordinate and track compliance documents (e.g., certificates of insurance, licenses, etc.)
Work closely with the corporate office to maintain proper documentation and reporting
Compile and distribute project information to internal and external stakeholders
Assist in managing and tracking submittals, contracts, and change orders
Ensure deadlines and documentation requirements are consistently met
Maintain organized records of all project-related documents
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Experience working with compliance paperwork such as bids, certificates of insurance, and subcontractor documentation
Familiarity with construction terminology and project workflows
Experience supporting or working closely with dispatch, CSR, or project management teams
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or project coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
