Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from the service queue for field reporting status or requests
- Enter updates in customer database and support field technician projects
- Close out completed service requests
- Answer and assist with complex or technical questions at times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling field technicians highly preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of IT terminology to communicate with field technicians
- Communication skills- detailed written and verbal communication
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and make changes on short notice to support priority jobs
