Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities:
Project Onboarding: Manage the technical transition of customer products into manufacturing, ensuring all necessary engineering documentation is verified and ready.
DFM Reviews: Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analyses and collaborate with customers to resolve design-related issues early.
Engineering Changes: Evaluate, write, and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Documentation: Define and release assembly drawings, component layouts, and production procedures (such as test or packaging requirements).
Sustaining Support: Provide continued technical support and guidance to customers and internal departments for existing products.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the quality, repeatability, and efficiency of assembly processes.
Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of printed circuit board (PCB) design, electronic/mechanical components, and assembly practices.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface professionally and respectfully with customers and internal teams.
Organization: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads independently.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard workplace computer applications.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality) OR equivalent specialized engineering experience, plus 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
Adaptability: A self-starter mentality with the ability to pivot between independent work and collaborative team settings.
CAD Experience: Experience using PCB layout software, Gerber Viewer programs, or SolidWorks is a strong plus.
