Responsibilities:
-Coordinate On-Site Construction: Direct daily field operations, schedule subcontractors and field crews, and order tools and materials to keep project phases running on time.
-Blueprint & Plan Analysis: Interpret site drawings, contract specifications, and MS Project schedules to organize work procedures and anticipate potential job site challenges.
-Inspect Workmanship & Quality: Conduct progress inspections to verify that all work meets or exceeds local building codes, contract specifications, and quality standards.
-Promote Job Site Safety: Administer company loss-control and safety programs, ensuring all field personnel and subcontractors adhere to OSHA regulations and PPE guidelines.
-Manage Project Documentation: Review invoices, assist with change orders, and maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, and corporate leadership.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management.
-Proficiency with project scheduling software such as MS Project.
-Previous experience in marine construction, steel building erection, or specialized trades (electrical, mechanical, or pile driving).

-4 to 5 years of verifiable experience in construction supervision, project coordination, or field leadership.
-Active, valid Driver???s License with a clean driving record and willingness to travel to regional job sites.
