Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Prior experience working on multi-family units.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience troubleshooting appliances.
Light carpentry skills.
Plumbing experience.
