Repair minor electrical and plumbing.
Patch and repair drywall and paint.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
3 years of general maintenance experience.
Painting experience.
Intermediate computer skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
On call rotation.
Carpentry and plumbing skills.
Able to troubleshoot appliances.
