If you are looking to help people find their next career, join a growing industry, work in a fast-paced profession, consider being a Recruiting Coordinator.Responsibilities:?Embody the Spherion vision to drive careers, grow business, and better the communities we call home?Have a passion for finding people jobs?Have a constant razor focus on improving the Spherion candidate experience?Complete all required Spherion role-based training?Execute with excellence the Spherion Operating Model?Document all activity and communication?Actively prepare for and participate in team meetings and team projectsThe specific role responsibilities of a Recruiting Coordinator with Spherion will include, but not be limited to:?Use active listening, interpersonal communication, and critical thinking skills to conduct phone screens and schedule candidates for interviews?Use administrative skills to follow the mandatory recruiting model process to determine qualified Spherion candidates?Use various resume databases to reverse recruit for highly technical positions within the STEM field?Facilitate employment verification, background checks, drug screens, credit checks?Utilize written and verbal communication skills to facilitate regular candidate communications?Use time management skills to ensure completion of all daily tasks assigned?Use critical thinking to constantly look for ways to improve processes, time management, productivity, and candidate experience that will ultimately lead to higher performance and achievementWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:--Proficiency with all Microsoft and Google Suite applications and overall ability to navigate technology tools--Critical skills necessary for success as a Recruiting Coordinator include: organizational, administrative, active listening, interpersonal communication, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and enthusiasm to learn about STEM industryAdditional skills preferred for success as a Recruiting Coordinator with Spherion include:--Bilingual Spanish and English-reading, writing, and speaking--Background knowledge in science--Proven experience working in end-user customer service industries like retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service call-center, etc.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:?High School Diploma/GED?Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant recruiting experience Qualified candidates, please apply today!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
